RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:
• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Be returned in their original packaging.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer.

REFUNDS

ORASÉLLIA does not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Approved returns will receive store credit for the purchase amount, less a 2% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store credit does not expire, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [EMAIL ADDRESS].

Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

RETURN SHIPPING

ORASÉLLIA provides free return shipping for approved eligible returns submitted within the 14-day return window.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

• Shorts
• Sale and clearance items
• Bodysuits
• Swimwear
• Accessories
• Gift cards

STORE CREDIT

Store credit will be issued after your return has been received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Store credit may be used toward any future purchase on our website and does not expire.
